  First let me state that I am far from impressed with their services. I hired this agency in june 2015, promised a lot of Help. Got nothing! They promised I would have a Aide in July 2015...I didn't get an aide till Oct 2015. My service coordinator , was a complete imbecile did not follow thru on Anyrhing. He also had my paperwork totally screwed up.with another clients info in my records. Self direct, schedulers would cancel my service days with no Aide or replacement! They would place my Aide with another one of their clients! Last but not least this happened quite frequently. Self Direct claims they have a lot of Aides so they could provide services for the individual...They Do Not!! Since oct. 2015 I have had several different Aides? I had one of their Aides, relentlessly state to me" that I had to get up and help her with the chores/errands". I reported this to the service coordinator on this issue .service coord. Stated" she is no longer with Self Direct...Another made up lie and deception. Aide is still employed wirh Self Direct. Next month will be a year with this Agency...And my paperwork Still has Not been Corrected!! Self Direct is the Second Worst Agency. First is US Care systems in Utica
  These Agencies are manipulating n extorting Insurance Companies and the Health system. Self Direct will be terminated shortly by me. They have caused more stress and aggravation for me. I have had a couple strokes n they are great @ raising my B.P!
